About Renee Snider, MBA

I grew up in northeast Nebraska where my dad owned and operated a heavy equipment dirt construction company, and my mom was the high school business teacher. Identifying a clear career path didn't come easy for me. However, I’ve always known that I thrive on variety in my work which led me to begin my career in retail management at Walgreens in 1998. For over 25 years, I advanced within the retail industry—starting by developing store teams, then progressing to leading a community of peer store managers and ultimately driving organizational excellence through district-wide leadership of store managers and their teams. In 2023, my career moved in a new direction as I stepped into the role of Innovation Director at John Henry's Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electrical. As a member of the executive leadership team, I led the call center, marketing, IT, and HR departments through organizational transformation of mergers, acquisitions, and large-scale revenue growth. Throughout my career I remained committed to my own professional growth. I earned a B.S. in Organizational Communication with an HR emphasis in 2010 and an MBA in Leadership in 2020, both from Nebraska Wesleyan University.

Over time, one thing became crystal clear: my true passion lies in people—adding value, fostering growth, and helping others achieve their goals by reaching full potential. As my career transitioned, I took time to reflect and realized that I deeply enjoyed my work, but I wanted to be able to help a greater number of people while fulfilling a personal goal of launching my own business.  My extensive experience combined with my educational background, has equipped me with a unique skill set that enables me to create value for any small to medium-sized business. I am a results-oriented professional with meticulous attention to detail, exceptional critical thinking abilities and a positive demeanor. I excel at recognizing and leveraging the unique strengths of individuals and am dedicated to supporting small businesses. My solution-focused mindset, keen observational skills, and comprehensive perspective enable me to develop and implement innovative strategies effectively.
